Location
The hostel is located right at the centre of Kuching City, across the road from the famous Kuching waterfront. It is just a stone away to reach the waterfront area by foot. Plaza Merdeka shopping mall was just few blocks away less than 400 metres. There is a 24 hours convenience store and a self-laundry shop just next door.
Rates
Room rates are as low at RM25 - RM40 per dormitory. They also have single rooms but with shared bathrooms. Booking are available thru most of online booking website. Did mine thru HostelWorld earlier since it offer affordable price during my stay. You can also visit their official Facebook page.
Things to Note
1. Check in from 2pm and check out until 11am. 2. Staff duty hour is 7:30 am - 7:00 pm. (1) If you are arriving after 7pm it is important that you contact us to let us know. (2) For late Check-In, please refer to your email confirmation for the door Access Code to gain access or call our numbers outside our entrance door. 3. Cash payment only upon arrival. 4. Cancellation policy: At least a 1-day advance notice prior to the arrival date is required.
Summary: I enjoyed my stay there even it was only for a short period. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Bed and pillow were comfy. However the double decker bed is a bit shaky. Nice to make new friends during my stay.
Important Note! Please remember to silent your mobile phone alarm when you stay in the dormitory. I forgot to do mine that one night. Ops!
