Located on Level 14 of Hilton Pattaya, you will enjoy an unlimited ocean view. You can choose either indoor or outdoor seatings. The food was great and in high quality. This is a contemporary restarant. Therefore, smart casual dressing is fine. I really enjoyed most of their desserts. For lunch, they do offer 7 days 7 themes buffet. Monday-Thursday is only 580 nett per guest. Not too bad at all.
