One of the popular mode of transport in Turkey is by ferry or known as Feribot. These fast ferries speed between Istanbul's Yenikapı Feribot Terminal and Bandırma on the south shore of the Sea of Marmara, connecting Istanbul with towns in the southern Marmara and northern Aegean region.
Was lucky to have the opportunity to ride on this ferry during my holiday gateway with my travel tour group.
Some ferries carry only foot passengers, some carry both cars and foot passengers. There are snack bars serving snacks, sandwiches, hot beverages and soft drinks on board too.
