Continued my running mileage the week after by signing up for Men's Health & Women's Health Night Run 2015 in 12KM category on 21 March 2015 at Putrajaya.Managed to register last-minute after the organisor announced the extra slots for this race event. Confirmed my participation for this night run while I was in Manila last January for Condura Skyway Marathon 2015. No choice but to opt for a large size of running tee as that was the only size available for male. Running tee sizes were very limited during its normal registration period too.
Thank you to Ecah and Nieza from MY365Runners who helped my race pack collection a week earlier before race day due to outstation.

The usual traveling process to the race venue at Dataran Perbadanan Putrajaya. Met Nieza, Ecah and friends at the starting line in the 12KM category. The 12KM was flagged at 8PM while 5KM Fun Run 15 minutes later.
Decided to take the night run slow with a steady pace of 8" - 9" with the lady pacers. To add, we were some of the last 12KM runners to start the race. First water station was located from 3.5KM with cheerful and friendly volunteers. The race route was well managed by traffic marshals and the police.

At KM7, had the chance to get our photographs taken by the official-photographers (on their motorcycle). Still looking for the photographs to be uploaded and shared though.
Completed the 12KM MHWH Night Run at 1:46 minutes. A good fun warm-up run together with the lady pacers. Finisher medal was given at the finishing line. Head straight to the goodie bag collection tent where I was given a string bag with tons of freebies inside. |

Regroup with Ameeyn, Tinie, Khairul, Ecah, Nieza and other runner friends at the centre of event area. A very long wait at the men's photo wall compared to the women's. There was an Instagram contest by the magazine at the photo wall.
Had a quick stroll in the area where I could see booths by the event sponsors such as Adidas, Reebok, Isuzu, Sports Direct, Dettol, Malta, Juice Works and others.

A lively event area with excellent brand sponsors and partners. Friendly and sporting event volunteers.
Excellent running tee material and design but with limited running tee sizes during registration. I gave up my running tee to a friend since it was large for me. No photographers were seen at the finishing line which was a lil' disappointing.
Nice finisher medal design. Love the goodie bag for runner to bring back. Love the Juice Works drink redemption and other vouchers.

Left the area for supper with running friend and to get ready for Possible Run 2015 held at Padang Merbok the next morning.
Summary: A good night run event by Mongoose, Twenty First Century Sports, sponsors and partners. Looking forward for improvements at future event.
Event Recommendation: ★★★★☆ (4/5)
